Delivery

We now send your order by Courier ( 2 day delivery) or  First Class Mail (smaller items within UK) or by Airmail (Europe and rest of World). We usually despatch next working day or within 2 to 3 days. If your order is urgent we recommend contacting us to arrange delivery. In the unlikely event that there is a delay in sending your order, we will contact you to let you know.
Shipping is FREE on orders over £50!
Yixing teapots are carefully packed in decorative storage boxes and sent by Courier for UK orders and by 'International Signed for' service for Europe and rest of World orders.
We now ship to most European countries and to the following countries: USA, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand.

Packaging

We hand-pack 50g, 100g and 250g amounts of tea into re-sealable/re-usable stand-up pouches. Higher amounts (250g of larger leaf teas, 500g and 1kg) are hand-packed in non-resealable keep fresh bags that can be closed using an ordinary plastic clip.
