About us

Tiger Spring Tea is a small company run by two dedicated tea drinkers. The experience of enjoying drinking tea over the years led us to the idea of running market stalls and an online tea shop. You can visit us at our market stalls or various events, where you can smell our teas which we weigh and pack in front of you according to your requirements. We are always happy to advise you on any tea or other tea related products.

Our name comes from happy recollections of discovering and drinking Tiger Spring tea, a famous high grade Long Jing (Dragon Well) tea. This green tea is from the Chinese province of Zhejiang and bears the name of a place of pilgrimage for all lovers of this type of tea from the Tiyun Mountains, where according to legend, the best quality water used to make this tea, comes from the Tiger Spring.
